Top Bar Hive

As well as getting a new 'home base' we also need to now get some hives ready and move our plans forward. After much research we have decided to follow a more natural way of bee keeping, as we feel that today's method of commercial bee keeping are contributing to the decline in the bee population. So it was decided we would download how to build a TBH and we have finally completed one on Tuesday 3rd May. Below is our first hive being constructed.
